'69's don't have the PONTIAC letters on the lid. They moved them down when the fuel door was moved down. You should know that!

Don't know that I would drill holes these days if they weren't there already. Mostly I think they use really good double sided tape for emblems these days. No extra holes to rot or leak.
Wanted to let you know, I was just out in phoenix, AZ and went to desert auto parts, yes the show on discovery, anyways, I went there and found several 69 trunk lids, and so many more parts for 1st gen . I got a great deal on the stuff I got, wasnt even looking for much, but like I said, got a great deal, look em up, give em a call, cant hurt
